A&B History

A&B's Past and Present History.

A&B Lumber was founded in 1977 and is the retail division of our company. It is still locally owned and continues to serve homeowners and contractors in New Hampshire region.

2004
In the Fall of 2004, A&B formed a division of the company devoted
to providing building materials for the colonial period of American
history which includes the years 1780-1830. Click on

2005
In July of 2005, A&B opened a second location on route 25 in
Moultonborough, NH. This location is designed to better serve our
contractor and retail customers in the lakes region.

2007
In May of 2007, A&B opened a new Drive-Thru facility at their Pembroke location. This state-of-the-art 29,000+ square foot facility is specifically designed to meet the needs of area contractors, homeowners and remodelers.

2008
In February of 2008, A&B opened a third location at 70 Heritage Avenue in Portsmouth, NH This location is name "A&B Kitchens & Millwork" and features a showroom with several kitchen displays. There is also a full time kitchen designer available Monday thru Friday.
In July of 2008, A&B opened a fourth location location in Nashua at 531 Amherst Street. It will also be known as A&B Kitchens & Millwork and will feature kitchen displays from major manufacturers.
